Antony looks like that girl from the Moldy Peaches
Dude’s a much better singer, though. Antony & The Johnson’s next album, The Crying Light, is due in the fall and will presumably be as maudlin and dramatic as the above Beyonce cover.
Meanwhile, the Moldy Peaches/Kimya Dawson-filled Juno soundtrack was the #3 album in the country last week, right up there with Alicia Keys and Radiohead. Honest to blog! Hopefully his Garden State-esque success won’t inspire the MP’s Adam Green to get drunk in a Sacramento hotel and beat on his model girlfriend like some other indie rockers we could mention.
